There is no service fee if you are ordering no more than 5 transcripts in a long semester.
To order transcripts online, click the link and log in to Self Service Banner. Please use your Banner ID and your PIN to log in.
Download and complete the Transcript Request form. Include a visible copy of your photo ID.
If emailing the request, send to transcripts@hwfj-art.com, make sure to include the following information:
If someone other than the student will be picking up the transcript, their name needs to be included on the transcript request. They will need to present their photo ID at the time of pick-up.

Unofficial transcripts are free. They are given in person in room 112 of the Wimberly building and photo identification is required. Unofficial transcripts will not be faxed.
You can also receive a copy of your Lamar University unofficial transcript by going to Self Service Banner. Please use your Banner ID and your PIN to log in.
Student records maintained by Lamar University are published in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) as amended (PL93-380).
"Students who are suspended or expelled for non-academic reasons will be ineligible to re-enroll at Lamar University. Until this status changes, these students will have a note on their transcript indicating, “student is ineligible to re-enroll". Texas Education Code § 51.9364.
Definitions:
The following are defined as such:
Suspension – Separation from the university for a definite term during which the student shall not be permitted to earn university credit at Lamar University, be on the university owned property, participate in any university activity, or use any university service.
Expulsion – Permanent separation from the university. A student who has been suspended or expelled from any Texas State University System institution shall be ineligible to enroll at any other system institution during the period of suspension or expulsion. In addition to Lamar University, the Texas State University System includes Texas State University, Lamar State College - Port Arthur, Lamar State College-Orange, Lamar Institute of Technology, Sam Houston State University, Sul Ross State University, and Sul Ross State University Rio Grande College.
Ineligible to Re-enroll - Unable to register for or attend any Lamar University course either online or face-to
